Meta Ads agency for UK and US brands: Facebook and Instagram pricing, scope and how we set targets
Vibe Digital manages Facebook and Instagram advertising for eCommerce brands and B2B/B2C lead generation teams in the UK, the US and Europe. Published retainers, Conversions API built properly, creative produced in-house, targets set against your margin rather than Meta's own attribution, and invoicing in pounds, dollars or euros.

TL;DR
A Meta Ads agency plans, builds, measures and optimises Facebook and Instagram campaigns. The work that moves results is measurement, creative and budget allocation — not daily bid changes.
Vibe Digital charges from €419/month per platform for brand and traffic, €539/month for lead generation and €659/month for eCommerce, plus 5%, 8% or 10% of ad spend over €900. eCommerce can instead pay 3.5% of platform sales.
Setup is a one-time fee from €250 for Meta, covering the Pixel, Conversions API with deduplication, event priorities, catalogue and account structure.
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta. There is no media markup and no contract beyond the current month.
UK and US clients are invoiced in GBP, USD or EUR, with calls and reporting in English during UK hours or the US East Coast morning.
Across 700+ client cooperations within the team, average client ROI is +729% and eCommerce clients average +913% return on ad spend.
Meta Ads agency pricing
One model across every service: a fixed base fee per platform plus a variable percentage of ad spend above €900. The same structure applies whether Meta is your only channel or one of several.

What you actually pay at different budgets
A percentage-of-spend fee is only fair if you can see the total before you sign. This is what a single-platform Meta Ads retainer costs at common monthly budgets.

What a Meta Ads engagement includes
Every account receives the same foundation before budget is scaled. In our experience most of the improvement in the first 90 days comes from cleaner signal and stronger creative, not from audience tinkering.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API with event deduplication, so browser and server events are counted once
Event Match Quality improved through consented customer parameters such as hashed email and phone
Account structure consolidated so each ad set can exit the learning phase
Advantage+ sales and catalogue campaigns run alongside controlled prospecting and retargeting
Existing customers defined in the account, so reporting separates new from returning buyers
Creative testing on a fixed cadence: new angles, hooks and formats every cycle
CRM feedback for lead generation, so Meta optimises towards qualified leads rather than form fills
Weekly reporting against margin-based targets, with a written monthly review
Creative is the main targeting lever
Meta's delivery system now chooses who sees an ad largely from the ad itself. Broad audiences with a varied creative mix usually outperform narrow interest targeting, which makes creative volume and diversity the constraint on growth for most accounts.
We brief, script and test creative inside the retainer. When an account needs more volume, we produce UGC with native-speaking creators, including casting, briefing and product logistics. You own the finished videos and their usage rights.

Measurement you can defend in a board meeting
Meta's default attribution setting is a 7-day click and 1-day view window, and it credits Meta for sales that other channels influenced too. We report Meta's numbers, but we set budget against blended figures: total revenue or pipeline divided by total marketing spend, and new-customer revenue tracked separately.
Where spend allows, we validate with holdout or conversion lift tests before scaling. The aim is a direct line between each decision in the account and a commercial outcome.
Set the target from margin, not from a benchmark
Break-even ROAS is 1 ÷ gross margin. At 45% margin that is 2.22; below it, every additional euro of spend loses money before fulfilment, returns and fees. Target ROAS sits above break-even by the contribution your business needs.
For lead generation the same logic runs on pipeline: gross profit per closed deal multiplied by close rate gives the allowable cost per lead.

Meta Ads for lead generation
Instant forms generate cheap leads; landing pages generate fewer, better ones. We choose by sales capacity and lead quality, not by cost per lead alone, and add qualifying questions where volume allows.
Closed-deal and qualified-lead events are sent back to Meta from your CRM, so the algorithm learns which people become customers. Without that feedback, Meta optimises towards whoever fills in forms most readily.
Running Meta Ads in the UK and the US
Our team works in English, and Stockholm is one hour ahead of London, so calls and reporting fit the UK working day. For US teams we schedule calls in the overlapping morning hours on the East Coast.
When you sell in both markets, we give each country its own campaigns, budget and targets. UK and US buyers respond to different offers, prices and creative, and a blended number across both hides which market is actually profitable. Tracking runs on Consent Mode v2 and the Conversions API, so measurement respects the cookie consent your UK and EU visitors give.
Separate campaigns per country, each with its own break-even ROAS or allowable cost per lead
Creative and copy adapted per market, including UK and US spelling, pricing and offers
Reporting in the currency you run the business in
You keep full admin access to your Business Manager, ad account and Pixel
The first 90 days
Our method, the Signal Loop, runs in three phases: send the signal (weeks 1–4), rebuilding tracking and structure; warm the audience (weeks 5–8), scaling offer and creative tests against clean data; close the loop (weeks 9–16), reallocating budget by profit contribution rather than platform-reported conversions.
We do not switch off what is working. Profitable campaigns stay live until their replacements have proven themselves.
How to choose a Meta Ads agency
Shortlist three agencies and put the same questions to each. The answers separate operators from account caretakers.
What break-even ROAS or allowable cost per lead did you calculate from our margin?
How is the Conversions API set up, and what is our current Event Match Quality?
Who produces creative, how often, and how is each test judged?
How will you separate new-customer revenue from returning customers?
Which named senior person works in the account each week?
What is the total fee at our budget, including setup, in writing — and what is the notice period?
At Vibe Digital, Meta Ads management starts at €419 per month for brand and traffic, €539 for lead generation and €659 for eCommerce, each per platform, plus 5%, 8% or 10% of ad spend over €900 (dropping to 6% on eCommerce spend above €25,000). eCommerce can choose 3.5% of platform sales instead. Setup is a one-time fee from €250 and there is no long-term contract. Prices exclude VAT, and UK clients can be invoiced in GBP.
Can you invoice in pounds or US dollars?
Yes. We invoice in GBP, USD or EUR. Our prices are published in euros, and your invoice can be issued in the currency you run the business in. Ad spend is billed by Meta directly in your ad account's own currency.
Do you work with UK and US brands?
Yes. We run Meta Ads for brands in the UK, the US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and across Europe. Calls and reporting are in English, scheduled within UK hours or the US East Coast morning.
Can we advertise in the UK and the US from one ad account?
Yes. One ad account can target both countries, but we give each market its own campaigns, budget and targets, so you can see which country is profitable. An ad account's currency is fixed when it is created, so if you want spend reported in both GBP and USD we usually recommend one ad account per currency.
What does a Meta Ads agency do?
It sets up measurement (Pixel and Conversions API), structures campaigns, produces and tests creative, allocates budget and reports on commercial results. A good agency also connects Meta to your CRM or store data, so the platform optimises towards profitable customers rather than cheap clicks.
What is the minimum budget for Meta Ads?
There is no fixed minimum, but each ad set needs roughly 50 optimisation events within seven days to leave the learning phase. Multiply your expected cost per conversion by 50 to see the weekly budget one ad set needs. Below that, fewer ad sets or a higher-volume optimisation event works better than spreading budget thinly.
How long until Meta Ads deliver results?
Tracking and structure are rebuilt in the first four weeks, and efficiency often improves within the first month. A reliable read on profitability, after creative tests and budget reallocation, usually lands between weeks 9 and 16.
Do you produce the ad creative?
Yes. Creative strategy, scripting and testing are part of the retainer. For additional volume we produce UGC with native-speaking creators from €1,500 for five videos, including casting, briefing and product logistics. You own the videos.
Do you use Advantage+ campaigns?
Yes, where the data supports it. Advantage+ sales and catalogue campaigns often perform well for eCommerce, but we define existing customers in the account and track new-customer revenue separately, so the campaign is not credited for buyers you would have had anyway.
Do we keep ownership of the ad account and Pixel?
Always. We work inside your Business Manager, ad account, Pixel and catalogue. You keep full admin access and all data and creative if the engagement ends.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. Agreements run month to month. We earn the next month by the results of the current one.
Should we start with Meta Ads or Google Ads?
Google Ads captures demand that already exists; Meta Ads creates it. Products people actively search for usually start on Google, while visual products, new categories and offers that need explaining usually scale faster on Meta. Most eCommerce brands above early stage run both.
