LinkedIn Ads agency for B2B: pricing, targeting and cost per deal
Vibe Digital manages LinkedIn advertising for B2B companies and SaaS businesses that sell to decision-makers. Published pricing, CRM-connected measurement and targets set against what a deal is worth — not against cost per click or lead volume.

TL;DR
A LinkedIn Ads agency plans, builds and optimises advertising aimed at job roles, industries and named companies, and ties the results to pipeline in your CRM.
LinkedIn management at Vibe Digital starts at €539/month for lead generation plus 8% of ad spend over €900. Brand and traffic starts at €419/month plus 5%.
Setup is a one-time fee from €250, covering the Insight Tag, LinkedIn Conversions API, CRM connection, audiences and account structure.
Clicks on LinkedIn are expensive compared with other channels. The channel pays off when deal value is high and the audience can be defined by role or company.
Ad spend is paid directly to LinkedIn. There is no media markup and no contract beyond the current month.
LinkedIn Ads agency pricing
The same model as every service we offer: a fixed base fee per platform plus a variable percentage of ad spend above €900. Most LinkedIn engagements sit on the lead generation tier.

When LinkedIn is the right channel — and when it is not
LinkedIn is the only major ad platform where you can target by job title, seniority, industry, company size and named companies. That makes it expensive per click but precise per deal.
The channel fits when a deal is worth several thousand euros or more, when several people take the buying decision and when you can define which companies you want to reach. For low-priced offers or broad consumer audiences, Meta and Google usually return more per euro.
Calculate your allowable cost per lead
Gross profit per closed deal multiplied by the share of leads that become deals gives the most you can pay per lead and still break even. We set the target below that level, with the margin your sales cycle requires.

What a LinkedIn Ads engagement includes
Every account receives the same foundation before budget is scaled. On LinkedIn, most of the improvement usually comes from tighter audience definition and from teaching the algorithm which leads actually become deals.
Insight Tag and LinkedIn Conversions API, so conversions are measured even when the browser blocks tracking
CRM connection to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, with qualified leads and closed deals sent back as conversions
Audiences built on role, seniority, industry and company size, plus company lists for account-based marketing
Retargeting of website visitors, video viewers and people who opened a lead form
Lead Gen Forms with qualifying questions where volume allows, otherwise landing pages
Ad formats chosen by purpose: document ads, video, Thought Leader Ads from your team and conversation ads
Weekly reporting against cost per qualified lead and pipeline, not cost per click
Thought Leader Ads and account-based marketing
Posts from a founder or salesperson often earn more engagement than posts from a company page. Thought Leader Ads let you sponsor them and put them in front of exactly the companies you want to influence.
For account-based marketing we upload a list of target companies, warm up the decision-makers with content and track engagement by company, so your sales team knows where the relationship is warmest.
The first 90 days
Our method, the Signal Loop, runs in three phases: send the signal (weeks 1–4), rebuilding tracking and structure; warm the audience (weeks 5–8), scaling offer and creative tests against clean data; close the loop (weeks 9–16), reallocating budget by profit contribution rather than platform-reported conversions.
How to choose a LinkedIn Ads agency
Put the same questions to every agency you evaluate.
What allowable cost per lead did you calculate from our deal value?
How are qualified leads and closed deals sent back to LinkedIn?
How will you define the audience, and how large should it be for our budget?
Who produces the creative, and how often is it refreshed?
What is the total fee at our budget, including setup, in writing?
At Vibe Digital, LinkedIn management starts at €539 per month for lead generation plus 8% of ad spend over €900, or €419 per month plus 5% for brand and traffic. Setup is a one-time fee from €250. Prices exclude VAT and there is no long-term contract.
How much does it cost to advertise on LinkedIn?
You set the ad budget yourself and pay LinkedIn per click or impression in an auction. Clicks cost more than on Meta and Google because the audience is professional decision-makers. Work backwards from your allowable cost per lead multiplied by the number of leads you need each month.
Does LinkedIn advertising work for small B2B companies?
Yes, if deal value is high and the audience is clearly defined. On a smaller budget it works best to narrow targeting to a few roles or a list of target companies and to use retargeting rather than spreading budget broadly.
Lead Gen Forms or a landing page?
Lead Gen Forms produce more and cheaper leads because the form is pre-filled. Landing pages produce fewer but often better-qualified leads. We choose by sales capacity and lead quality, and measure both against closed deals.
Can you connect LinkedIn to our CRM?
Yes. We connect LinkedIn to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive so that qualified leads and closed deals count as conversions. LinkedIn can then optimise towards the right kind of lead.
How long until LinkedIn Ads deliver results?
Tracking, audiences and the CRM connection are built in the first four weeks. Because B2B deals often take months to close, we first measure cost per qualified lead, then pipeline and closed deals.
Do we keep ownership of the ad account?
Always. We work inside your LinkedIn Campaign Manager account. You keep full admin access and all data if the engagement ends.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. Agreements run month to month. We earn the next month by the results of the current one.
Do you only work with companies in Sweden?
No. We work with clients in the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and across Europe, as well as in many countries in the Middle East, South America and Asia. Invoicing in EUR, GBP or USD. Meetings are usually held by video.
